Registration

Deadline: March 15, 2012

The school fee is 500 Euro per person, and covers registration:

• course registration
• course material
• coffee breaks
• shared accommodation* for 5 nights at Kanika Pantheon Hotel (Check-In: 13 May 2012, Check-Out: 18 May 2012)
• 5 lunches (first meal: 14 May 2012)
• 5 dinners (first meal: 13 May 2012)

Payments have to be made in advance. A letter of confirmation will be sent to the registered participants after payment has been received.

The number of participants is limited 25.

Participation to the workshop will be confirmed on first-come first-served basis. The registration system will not allow participants to register if positions are not available.

Participants need to have the relevant background - that is why we ask them to provide us with such information in the notes/Background section. In case that the information provided is not clear, the Academic Organizers will contact them to clarify and confirm what is their motivation and background, and if the participants do not fulfill the requirements, then the Organizers will credit back the participation cost.

Registrations are done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank.

An one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book additional accommodation dates, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at special conference negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).
